About the experience
What kind of venue is Jazzkeller?
Jazzkeller is one of Europe’s most historic jazz clubs — a small, intimate room where live music, cocktails and atmosphere come together.
Is this a concert or more of an experience?
Both. There is a live concert, but the evening is designed as a full Jazzkeller experience with seating, drinks, service and atmosphere.
When should I arrive?
Doors usually open around 60–90 minutes before the music starts. We recommend arriving early to settle in, order a drink and enjoy the room.
Tickets & booking
How many guests does my ticket cover?
Many of our ticket categories are designed for couples or small groups. Please always check the guest count in the ticket title before booking.
- Club – 2 Guests = admission for 2 people
- Premium – 2 Guests incl. 2 Drinks = admission for 2 people and 2 included drinks
- VIP Table – 2 Guests = admission for 2 people
If you purchase two tickets labelled “2 Guests”, your reservation is valid for four guests.
What’s included in my ticket?
All tickets include entry and seating. Depending on your ticket category, drinks or hospitality packages may be included.
Please check the ticket title and description carefully before completing your booking.
What is the difference between Club, Club Plus, Premium and VIP?
Club is our regular seated ticket. Club Plus usually includes one drink per guest. Premium offers preferred seating and included drinks. VIP includes a more private table experience and, depending on the ticket, additional hospitality.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. If you can’t attend, you are welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend.
Seating
Is seating guaranteed?
Yes. All Jazzkeller tickets include seating.
How long is my seat held?
Seats are held until 60 minutes after doors open. After that, seating may be reassigned if necessary.
Do I get my own table?
Club tickets may include shared tables. VIP tickets include a more private table experience. Jazzkeller is a small historic room, so seating is arranged carefully by our team.
Drinks & ordering
How do included drinks work?
If drinks are included in your ticket, the number of included drinks is stated in the ticket title or description.
How do I order drinks?
Drinks are ordered directly from your table using your phone. Our team will explain how table ordering works when you arrive.
Do I need a smartphone?
At least one person per group should have a smartphone available for ordering drinks.
Is there a minimum consumption?
A minimum consumption of €15 per guest may apply, unless already included in your ticket category.
Food & drinks
Do you serve food?
Jazzkeller is not a restaurant — it’s a bar and a live music space. We focus on great drinks and the atmosphere of the evening.
A small selection of bar snacks is available, but we do not offer a full kitchen or hot meals.
Jam session & musicians
Can I join the jam session?
Yes. Musicians are welcome to join. We recommend signing up in advance.
How does the Wednesday session work?
The evening starts with an opener band, followed by the jam session.
